How Shiprep manage/track my inventory and shipments ?

As a 3PL prep center, we can manage your inventory through Google Sheet, WMS (Warehouse Management Software) or your preference of software per your request, whichever is easier for you.

Can Shiprep handle my customized shipments?

We can handle any kind of customization whether its a custom packaging, bundling or kitting. No job too big, no job too small or too complex.

How can I make tax-free purchases if I am registered in another state ?

Pennsylvania State allows any reseller to purchase and ship their inventory to Pennsylvania address at %0 tax regardless of state their business are established . Download tax-exemption form below and submit it to your vendor along with showing you are using our address. This way, they shouldn’t collect tax at your purchase. Reach us if you need further help. We are happy to assist.

How can I schedule pickup from my Vendor/Supplier for my inventory?

Reach our team to get your pickup service arranged from your vendor. As a 3PL prep center, no vendor is too far or too close for us. We can help you get your inventory live as soon as possible. You might schedule for free pickup services, if qualify.

Do you get my shipping labels scanned at the time of shipping ?

Yes, we ship & scan within 24 hours of order placement. For USPS, we will need you provide us manifest (end of day scan sheet).

Do I need to schedule pickup for shipping out (outbound) my orders?

No, we already schedule pickup everyday for you.

How can I send my products/inventory to the Shiprep ? Can Shiprep help me switch from another prep/fulfillment center ?

When you place your order, kindly forward our address information to your vendor/supplier. If you are switching from another prep/fulfillment center , we might arrange shipping/ pickup service at no cost to you. Contact us to schedule arrangement. Make “contact us” linkable and redirect it to contact page.

How can I pay Shiprep? Which payment methods accepted ?

We accept Credit Card Payments through Square. We also accept Wire transfer, Zelle , Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, Mercury, CashApp, Venmo and Cash and more. If your payment preference not listed, reach us to make sure it’s accepted.

Good service , Mustafa the owner is great in communication , you guys should talk to Mustafa about final rates , their sales rep didn't knew the final rates when she was talking to me , so we had a little misunderstanding when they sent me the invoice, that's why i needed to pay a little higher, but Mustafa is a problem solver and helping nature person, do work with them

Warehouse also communicative and fast with our Shopify brand. I would recommend them to my fellow e-com brand owners anytime who want to keep cost lower while scaling.
